About the event
In celebration of I Love Yarn Day 2023, we are offering a *FREE* Learn to Knit class! This is a condensed version of our normal Knitting 101 class. If you have always wanted to learn how to knit or learned a long time ago and need a quick refresher - this class is for you!
Over 2 hours, you will learn the basics of knitting, including:
- How to cast on
- How to knit
- How to purl
- How to bind off
Printed instructions and practice yarn will be provided. Students will need to bring: 1 set of US 8 / 5 mm single point knitting needles . Stop by Walther Handmade, and we'll help you pick out the perfect needles to start your knitting journey!
