Shipping
We offer free shipping on all US orders over $25. For orders under $25, there is a flat-rate fee of $5.

If you live outside of the US, or would like a product shipped to an address outside of the US, please contact us at hello@waltherhandmade.com to discuss options for this.

For customers who want to order online and pick up in store, we do offer in-store pickup. Please wait until you receive confirmation from Walther Handmade before coming to pick up your order. Customers must provide confirmation of purchase when picking up order.
Pick up is available during business hours. Our store is open Tuesday - Friday 10AM - 4PM and Saturdays 10AM - 3PM.
* If in-store pickup is confirmed and a pick-up date/time is selected, but the customer does not show up, we will hold onto the purchased items for 7 days (1 week) after the scheduled pick-up time. After 1 week, we will cancel the order and return items to store merchandise.
Returns & Exchanges
Thank you for shopping with us! Please be aware that all purchases are final, No returns/exchanges will be accepted, nor refunds given.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase or if an item arrives damaged, we are here to help! Please contact us as soon as possible, so that we can review any issues together.
